Possession of Weapons by a Previous Offender (POWPO)

C.R.S. § 18-12-108

When a convicted criminal knowingly owns, uses, or carries a firearm or other restricted weapon after a prior felony conviction, it constitutes POWPO under C.R.S. 18-12-108.
